Very cute .. colorful clean and delicious. Quaint and artsy!! Very nice employees! Only thing I wasn't fond of was the salsa... But everything else yummy!
Found this restaurant on Google that they offered vegan options so decided to try them out. Server was very knowledgeable on vegan options and substitute. Vegan version of Fluffy tacos were great, fresh veggies and so was the enchiladas. Rice and beans were good too. Only downside was the server was out to over charge us with hidden fees or something. When I asked what vegan options are there or subsitute to make it vegan. Tofu, beans and avocado was available. When we picked avocados there was no mention of upcharge. When the bill came, each taco or enchilada that was substituted to avocado instead of meat were charged 0.50 I know its only 50 cents per item but I'm having to pay extra 50 cents while not getting the meat. Also if you are going to charge extra for those, you should mention it when someone is ordering. When bill came there was 3 lunch specials and multiple .50 charges on it without explanations (which I assumed it was for avocados. But we ordered 2 lunch specials not 3. Those two incidents made us feel like they are purposely overcharging and tacking on fees hoping customers don't notice. Even waitress said 'I'm glad you caught it. I was distracted because my coworkers' not even an apology... Food was great and would definitely like to return again but service definitely needs working or more honest and aware waitress.
This place is a family tradition that goes back decades for my wife's family. She introduced me when we started dating and I can certainly see why it's had staying power. It's never busy and I don't know why. The low quantity of visitors definitely enhances the ambience. The parking situation is very limited. As far as the food I'd be remiss not to recommend the puffy tacos although every menu selection has made us happy. This most recent visit I had the fajitas and Patio has a unique flavor and style.
This small restaurant has delicious Mexican food. The atmosphere is engaging with large fish aquariums in the seating area. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu.
I came here after finding them on the Happy Cow app! Me and my husband were looking for somewhere we could both eat. I'm vegan but he's not and these guys were highly recommended! I'm so glad we tried them out! We arrived right at opening so they were still a little busy getting things ready and we're apologetic. We told them we're in no rush, don't worry! Our waiter was super on top of things, refilling our drinks and constantly checking on us to make sure we're good. Superb service! I had questions about if the puffy taco plate with the enchilada could be made without cheese or any dairy and of course no meat and the waiter asked if I'm vegan or not. I said I was and he jotted it down, making sure there would be no cheese and no sour cream etc. Vegan plate! I was so impressed! He went above and beyond for us! Will definitely be back! P.S. I fell in love with the decor and wanted to try to haggle with the owners to buy some of their chairs and tables chandeliers and artwork because it all looks so chic!
Patio is always delicious and the service is great!!!! The salsa is the best on the whole planet! If you go, you must try the famous puffy tacos and tortilla soup!!! This is a highly recommended place!
Excellent Mexican food. Their ‘puffy tacos’ are insanely good and worth going there just for them! We also had the pineapple ice box cake special which was great.
